This Refund Policy applies only to services directly provided by MarketHive IT and websites owned or managed by us.
It does not apply to third-party services, external platforms, or vendors not controlled by MarketHive IT.

If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, please contact us before initiating a refund request.
Our goal is to resolve issues through open communication and mutual understanding.
If no resolution can be reached after discussion, you may proceed to file a formal refund request.
Refund Eligibility
We handle every project with care and transparency. However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may be eligible for a refund based on the following terms:
Website & Graphic Design
- Full Refund: If the project has not been started or the initial design has not been approved.
- Partial Refund: If the project is delayed or not delivered as per agreement after initial design approval.
- No Refund: Once the project has been completed, finalized, and uploaded to your server.
Logo & Brochure Design
- Full Refund: If the project has not been initiated or the initial concept not approved.
- Partial Refund: If delivery is delayed or not aligned with agreed terms.
- No Refund: After final files have been delivered to the client.
Web Programming & Development
- Full Refund: If work has not yet started.
- Partial Refund: If we fail to meet delivery terms and no alternative solution was agreed upon. The refund amount depends on project completion percentage.
Dedicated Hiring / Offshore Staffing
- Full Refund: If the assigned resource has not started work.
- Proportional Refund: Based on work completed if the client cancels mid-service.
- No Refund: For completed and delivered work. Clients must notify the project manager immediately of any service concerns.
General Refund Terms (Applicable to All Services)
- Full refund – If the project has not started or no initial design approval has been given.
- Partial refund – If delivery is delayed or deviates from agreed expectations after approval.
- No refund – Once the final product has been delivered and approved by the client.
When Refunds Do Not Apply
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Pending or incomplete payments.
- Delays caused by missing client inputs or late communication.
- Delays or incomplete projects due to insufficient project details provided by the client.
- Compensation for project delays unless a signed contract includes a penalty clause.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the incomplete portion of the project.
MarketHive IT is not responsible for any financial losses due to project delays, interruptions, or partial service delivery.
Refunds are only valid if project cancellation is formally requested in writing by the client.
Refund Processing Time
- Full Refunds: Processed within 50 business days of cancellation confirmation.
- Partial Refunds: Processed within 180 business days of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction (e.g., bank transfer, card payment, or check).
Ownership of Refunded Designs
Once a refund is processed, all design rights revert to MarketHive IT.
You may not use, display, or claim ownership of any version of the design or media previously shared.
We also collaborate with Government Copyright Agencies to ensure refunded designs are protected and cannot be reused elsewhere.
Policy Updates
MarketHive IT reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
We encourage clients to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
