Revision Policy
At MarketHive IT, we are committed to delivering complete client satisfaction.
Revisions are offered based on the package you select. Customers can request unlimited free revisions within the same design concept and direction — without any additional cost.
⏱ Revision Turnaround Time: 48 hours per revision cycle.
Fair Usage Policy
To ensure efficient project handling and fair resource use, “unlimited revisions” refers to a maximum of 30 revisions per project.
Any revisions beyond this limit may incur additional charges depending on project complexity.
My Account Policy
The My Account area serves as the main communication channel between clients and our design team.
It is the client’s responsibility to regularly check their account dashboard for updates, queries, or additional instructions from the assigned designer.
Failure to review messages or provide timely responses through the account area does not qualify for a refund claim.
If you experience difficulty accessing or using your account, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.
Reactivation Policy
Projects may be paused or delayed due to client inactivity.
If a client remains non-responsive for more than 45 days, the project will be marked as inactive and no refund will be applicable.
However, clients may notify us in advance via email to hold their project due to personal or business reasons.
If reactivation is required after 45 days of inactivity, a reactivation fee of $150 will apply to resume work on the project.
Third-Party Terms of Use
Some services offered by MarketHive IT may integrate or depend on third-party vendors, platforms, or software.
By using these services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth by those third-party providers.

Delivery Policy
All project files and final designs are delivered through your Account Area on or before the date mentioned in your order confirmation email.
Clients also receive a notification email once the design files are uploaded to their account.
Each order is assigned a unique reference number that allows clients to track progress and request revisions efficiently.
Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery for most design orders: 2–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Rush Delivery: Receive your first design samples within 24 hours by paying an additional $100 fee.
